Monitoring & Evaluation Unit

The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) unit oversees the implementation of a Management Information System that provides high-quality data that is utilized for informing programmatic decisions and timely reporting.

To fulfill its mandate, the M&E Unit:

• Enables the program teams keep track of their performance by collect and processing quality data that is used to generate reports and dashboards which are used for reporting and decision making
• Monitors the implementation of programs by verifying whether activities occurred as planned
• Assures the quality of program data by implementation of a data quality assurance plan
• Assesses and provides feedback on the quality of program activities.
